The Japanese arm of an international manufacturer of pens and lighters, already a user of Method IT network support services, requested to have their servers in an environment where there would be no noise, dust, or heat issues. They also wanted to have an IT setup that allowed their users to work from home if their office experienced a power outage, and provided business continuity in the event of a disaster.
